Adult Pool Fitness
Pool fitness classes are designed for people of all ages to enjoy the buoyant qualities of water and incorporate it into their workouts. It is an ideal form of exercise to increase physical strength and endurance without overeating or putting stress on the joints. No swimming skills are required in these classes, but participants should feel comfortable in the water. Classes can accommodate the beginner through advanced. Pool Fitness classes meet Monday through Friday from 8:15AM to 9:00AM and from 9:00AM to 10:00AM. There are also classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30PM to 6:30PM.
