Be Here Now
This program will focus on the practice of mindfulness; essentially this means paying attention in life, brining awareness to each moment. It is a practice that not only frees the mind from its incessant preoccupation with the past and future, but ultimately enriches the quality of one's life. Time each session will also be provided for meditation and discussion. Be Here Now meets the first Thursday of the month from 7:30PM to 9:00PM.
