Counselor in Training (Ages 14 - 15)

This is an intense hands on training for the teen interested in becoming a camp counselor. It builds on the skills learned in the LIT program. CIT's learn how to lead campers in a variety of activities and skill areas. They are trained in the areas of leadership, safety, decision making, age appropriate activities, conflict resolution and character development. CIT's are selected based upon their application and references.
CIT's MUST ATTEND ALL FOUR SESSIONS.
