Trying to eat healthfully, but short on time? No worries........

The YMCA of Greater Westfield is pleased to announce we have partnered with Bruschetta's - Gourmet on the Go! Take Out Restaurant and every Monday night, beginning June 7th, we will have Bruschetta's Signature Salads to go!

Menu choices:

Grilled Chicken Salad - contains Romaine, Red Leaf lettuce, Radicchio, cucumbers, shredded carrots, tomato, grilled chicken and asiago cheese.

Mediterranean - as above with grilled chicken, roasted red peppers, garbanzo beans, black olives and feta cheese.

Each salad comes with freshly made house Italian Balsamic Vinaigrette and a dinner roll.

Cost: $8.00 a salad

How does it work? Every Monday night between 5:00-7:00PM, you may stop by our Reception Desk and ask to purchase a salad. To be sure to get a salad we recommend you pre-order and pay the week before. The salads, delivered every Monday afternoon, are kept fresh in our kitchen fridge. One of our volunteers will pull out your choice of salad/s and voila', you've got dinner on the go!
