SUMMER Y’S KIDS COVID-19 FAQ’s

How do I register? Are you accepting Summer Y’s Kids registrations?

Yes we are now accepting registrations for Summer Y’s Kids. You can find the forms under the child care tab and then click on downloadable forms. It will say Summer Y’s Kids enrollment packet. A new requirement this year is we must have a current immunization record for your child.  Also on the summer registration there is space for your email.  Please provide us with your email address as it’s the best way to keep an open line of communication. We also need the current cell phone number for the children.

You can mail in your summer registration and immunization records with payment for the weeks you are signing up for to the YMCA of Greater Westfield, located at 67 Court Street Westfield, MA. 01085 or email them to manamisis@westfieldymca.org with payment information. No registrations will be entered unless it includes payment for care and a deposit for every week.

When registering, we only have 5 days a week as an option available. This is to help manage the amount of children registered per week and to guarantee the same campers in each group each day.

The cost is $175.00 per week per child. We do have 2 exceptions are they are:

The first week of child care is July 1-July 3 and the cost is $105 and the last week of child care August 24-25 and the cost is $70.00

We are limited to 65 children per week. Sign-ups will be a first come first serve basis. If you would like to sign up for the entire summer you must pay a $50.00 deposit for all weeks at time of registration. A deposit will guarantee your spot. It will applied to the cost of $175.00 Payments are due on Friday for the week to come.

How do I pay?

You can mail in a check or add credit card information along with your child’s registration, but we will not add any registrations without payment. If an immunization record is not on file your child will not be able to attend.
