This is an opportunity to learn what to expect during a yoga class, try a few poses, and learn about the role of alignment and breath in yoga. Bring a yoga mat, blanket or towel, and your questions. This class will be a combination of simple yoga poses, information, and Q&A. We will go over modifications to postures and you will learn about the various yoga options offered at the Y!
