Kids Sword Fit

TUESDAYS

6:30PM
AGES 7-10

FREE FOR MEMBERS.

$30 per session for non-members

A unique fitness utilizing a variety of sword styles. 

BUILD:

• Basic swordsmanship
• Classic & modern sword styles
• A creative way to exercise.

Yoga for Kids

Improve your strength, flexibility, and coordination through postures and flowing sequences.  Children will practice breathing and visualization techniques that will help them learn how to focus and center themselves. This class will also include a craft or reflective project!
