Welcome to our Meet Your Instructors page! At the YMCA, our dedicated Health and Wellness staff are committed to helping you reach your fitness goals. Our experienced instructors will inspire and challenge you in every class, while also offering modifications to ensure that each session is accessible and enjoyable for all fitness levels.

Michelle can be found teaching The Brick, Boxing, Cycling, Boot Camp, Muscle Max, FightPD and Personal Training!  

Tony, Associate Health and Wellness Director

Tony can be found teaching Fit After 50, Express TRX, Youth Strength, Youth Boxing and Personal Training!   

Paula  

"Let's make fitness fun and challenging and take cardio and muscle endurance to the next level. So let's do this!" 
Paula can be found teaching Going Strong I and Cardio/Strength Classes.  

Teri 

“Fitness is like anything in life, you try and find your nitch. We have a great variety of dedicated instructors and diversity in our classes. Try them all and then come back again!” 
You can find Teri teaching Going Strong II, Poolates, Chair Yoga and Pool Fitness.   

Shauna  

“Fitness isn’t a competition against others. The goal is to be a little better than you were the day before. That is why I believe fitness is for EVERYONE!” 
Shauna can be found teaching Cycling, Strength, Jr. Fit, Livestrong, FightPD and Personal Training.  

Christine

Christine can be found teaching Body Shaping and Piloxing Barre.  

Elizabeth  

“My classes are for everyone! You don’t need to worry about getting all the steps “right." Just keep moving and have fun!” 
Elizabeth can be found teaching Dance Fitness and Personal Training!  

Diana 

“Our bodies are always changing, and we must exercise at the level that works for us and makes us feel good. It’s ok to challenge ourselves, but not to hurt ourselves.”  
You can find Diana teaching Group Cycling and Body Shaping.  

Donna

Donna can be found teaching Stretch and Strengthen as well as Saturday Strength! 

Jen

Jen can be found teaching Cycling and Kid’s Yoga!  

Kait

Kait can be found teaching Zumba!  

Katie

Martin
