YMCA LEADERS CLUB
The Westfield YMCA Leaders Club is designed to bring out the potential in every teen. The Club is a teen empowerment program focusing on community service, youth voice, and aiding one another in building healthy spirit, mind, and body.
This is a welcoming, judgement-free environment that emphasizes positive peer relationships, provides hands-on learning experiences, and personal growth. Come make new friends, develop new skills in team building and collaboration, and learn helpful tips on how to navigate the young adult world.
- Club meets 1 time each week
- Regular volunteer opportunities in the community
- Challenge yourself to make new friends & learn new skills
- Meet teens from across the Northeast
- Have FUN!
The Leaders Club runs throughout the school year, and has rolling program entry.
For Teens in Grades 8-12

Rain didn't stop our Teen Leaders Club from having an awesome weekend! The weekend kicked off volunteering at the Mayor's Easter Egg Hunt, they had the best time helping out at this event for our community. Leaders then spent an overnight at the Y with team challenge activities, karaoke, group bonding, Mario Kart and their favorite - LOTS of homemade guacamole!
