Please join us for the Westfield YMCA’s 3rd Annual LiveSTRONG Golf Tournament. All proceeds go directly to LiveSTRONG at the YMCA. This free program is designed for cancer survivors who have become de-conditioned or chronically fatigued as a result of their treatment or disease. While the main goal is to enhance physical functioning (flexibility, strength and endurance) additional goals include reducing the severity of treatment side effects, preventing unwanted weight changes, improving energy levels and boosting self-esteem.
