SCHOOL AGED/YOUTH SWIM LESSONS (AGES 5-12 YEARS OLD)

Swim lessons for youth ages 5-12 are broken down into two categories: Swim Basics and Swim Strokes. 

Swim Basics (Stages 1/2, 3): In this program, school-age kids learn personal water safety and achieve basic swimming competency by learning two benchmark skills—swim, float, swim and jump, push, turn, grab.

Swim Strokes (Stages 4, 5/6): Having mastered the fundamentals, school-age kids learn additional water safety skills and build stroke technique.
